REMOTE SUPPORT

Litecom provides support exclusively through phone coordination after a ticket has been opened with an engineer. There is no self-service chat support available. Only use the support button if explicitly instructed by a support engineer during a phone call, as all assistance is managed jointly via phone and the support tool.
